Awake

Once upon a time, just a mere two months ago, I was in the midst of one of the most amazing experiences of my life. It was called the Passion Conference. It was four days filled with incredible speakers, talented musicians, and one extreme God-a God who would shake me up in unexpected ways and change the way I live forever. I was AWAKENED at Passion 2010.

Traveling for over 12 hours, with a group of 24, to join over 20,000 people for one purpose was something that I can't even explain. I've been meaning to write about the many lessons learned from the conference, but every time I would begin typing, my brain filled up with awe at the immense and totally unfathomable God that I serve. I don't think there was a single person in our group that didn't return with a heart and soul filled with the Spirit and new challenges to incorporate into their everyday lives. It was an experience I will never forget. For real!

Next week, "Awakening" is finally available to purchase. I've already pre-ordered and am so excited to relive the experience again. I'm currently listening to the sneak peak CD that's online and it's already taken me back to Atlanta, GA where I was broken, challenged, encouraged, and surrounded by the Holy Spirit. I wish I could explain the feelings that I had at Passion, but...I just can't. They're too incredible and simply indescribable!
